1. Use of Wallpapers

All wallpapers hosted on CozyPixels are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. While CozyPixels curates these images and provides software to manage them, the copyright of the original artworks remains with their respective artists and creators. You may not sell, redistribute, or use these wallpapers for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the original artists.

2. Software Usage

The CozyPixels Desktop Application and Chrome Extension are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or data loss that may occur while using our software.

3. Open Source

Portions of CozyPixels are open-source. Please refer to our GitHub repository for specific licenses regarding our source code.
